Alex Andreou

As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Alex’s background in Quantity Surveying means he brings extensive expertise to every project. His experience ensures precise budget control without compromising on quality, supporting a smooth and efficient project delivery.

Having worked as a QS for the UK’s largest construction firm Balfour Beatty, Alex has had exposure to some of the largest schemes in London. To date, Alex has contributed to the delivery of various projects which total a combined value of over £1.35 billion.

This depth of experience makes Alex a vital asset to any build—offering clients the confidence that their project will be delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Andy Andreou

Andy has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, building a reputation for reliability, quality workmanship, and practical expertise.

He began his career as a Gas Safe plumber before expanding into the wider construction sector, where he now specialises in domestic projects including full house renovations, structural alterations, extensions, kitchens, and bathrooms.

Over the years, Andy has developed a trusted team capable of delivering every aspect of a project from start to finish. He also works with a network of experienced industry professionals who contribute specialist skills when required.

With decades of hands-on experience, Andy takes pride in delivering homes that are both functional and beautifully finished.
